Starker Construction Co.  recently completed the California Pizza Kitchen at Park Meadows Mall in Lonetree, CO.
This restaurant was completed on a fast-track basis, to allow CPK to open as quickly as possible after taking over the space. Visit them on the east side of the mall

Chipotle Mexican Grill restaurants are unique in their design, incorporating an open ceiling with a lot of artistic stainless steel, giving them a contemporary look. Starker Construction Company has been able to keep up with the huge growth of Chipotle Mexican Grills and continue to complete new projects for them. Starker has opened several new locations in 2000 including:  Broadway Central (6th & Broadway in Denver), Main Street in Parker, two locations in Aurora, Chambers & Iliff and Quincy & Buckley, Alameda & Wadsworth in Lakewood, 88th & Wadsworth in Westminster, 104th & Federal in Federal Heights & Ken Caryl & Schafer in Littleton.
